Taurus Management Limited's property and funds management team manages a $40m portfolio of different types of commercial and industrial property.
Its principal activity is property syndication currently involving three separate property syndicates around New Zealand and around 200 investors. Taurus's Capital and Finance division is also involved in a range of other property assets and transactions.
With extensive banking experience our property and funds management team includes specialists in all aspects of property advice, funding strategies, development finance, acquisition and divestment.
We see our role as working in partnership with investors to deliver the best possible return. In doing this, we are resolutely open, transparent and communicative. We believe this approach provides the ability to make the best decisions.
A key focus is building genuine, strong and trusting relationships with investors. We meet or communicate regularly to provide updates in regards to all aspects of each property, tenancies, funding, major changes such as divestments or acquisitions, and further investment opportunities. Over time many of our investors have become strong supporters and have continued to benefit from involvement with a range of projects.
When needed we can work with our colleagues in Chartered Accountancy, Capital and Finance and Projects Management to provide the best total service possible.
